These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the car rental services provided by One Click Rent a Car Karachi (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By booking a rental vehicle from us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
1. Service Overview
We provide rental vehicles with professional drivers for personal, business, and special event transportation within Karachi and selected intercity routes. All rentals are subject to availability and confirmation from our team.
2. Booking & Confirmation
- Bookings can be made through our website, phone, or WhatsApp.
- A booking is confirmed only after a deposit or full payment is received (as applicable).
- We reserve the right to decline bookings without assigning any reason.
3. Payment Terms
- All prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes (as stated in the booking).
- Full payment must be made before the rental period begins, unless otherwise agreed.
- Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking fees, and extra hours.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made 24 hours before the booking date may be eligible for a partial refund.
- No refund will be provided for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service.
- Refund processing may take 7-10 business days.
5. Usage Policy
- Vehicles may only be driven by our authorized drivers.
- No smoking, illegal activities, or hazardous materials are allowed in the vehicle.
- The client is responsible for any damage caused due to misconduct or negligence.
6. Delays & Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, road closures, or events beyond our control.
7. Liability
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.
- We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings during the rental period.
8. Privacy Policy
Your personal information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Sindh.
